Q) What are your operating hours?
A) We Provide 24 hour Airport service. Our vehicles and Dispatch unit operate for local and last minute services Sun. Mon. Tue. Wed. Thu.  from 5:30am to 12:00am. Friday and Saturday we are 24 hours

Q) What kind of vehicles do you utilize?
A) We use sedans, mini vans, Lincoln Town Cars, or SUV depending on customers needs.

Q) What methods of payment do you accept?
A) We accept all major credit cards:
1. Credit Cards – Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover
2. Cash

Q) How much notice do you need for a reservation?
A) Ideally we require 24 hours notice reservations. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 9pm on the previous evening. Generally speaking, the further you are from the airport and the earlier your pick-up time, the more notice we need. Last minute calls are not usually encouraged but we will still try to accommodate them.

Q) Is the passenger responsible for paying tolls?
A) The passenger is responsible for all tolls however for all airports tolls are included in the price.

Q) Are pets allowed on your vehicles?
A) No Large pets allowed. If you have a small dog or cat it must be in a crate. Please inform us if you will be traveling with a pet when booking your reservation.

Q) Do you provide service to hotels in the New York City and adjoining areas?
A) We provide service to all hotels in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area.

Q) How much luggage can I take?
A) It all depends on the size of the luggage. Typically in a standard Sedan it will accommodate 3-4 standard size suitcases.

Q) Do you supply car seats for children?
A) No, parents must supply their own car seats. We can hold car seats in our office if you are booking a round trip to and from Aiports.

Q) What is the procedure for picking up arriving passengers at the airport?
A) Passengers arriving at either JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Westchester or Stewart Airport are advised to proceed to passenger pickup area unless it is requested in advance we will pick up inside for an additional charge.

Q) What is the waiting time at the airport?
A) The waiting time is normally 5-30 minutes, after that will be charge waiting time.  Keep in mind we do check the arrival of all flights prior to dispatching vehicle to all airport.

Q) Is gratuity included in the fare?
A) No, gratuity is not included in the fare. The normal gratuity amount is 20%.

Q) Can I request a particular driver?
A) Yes, you can but the final decision is based on the driver’s availability.

Q) Can I make arrangements for additional pick ups and drop offs on a private ride?
A) This can be arranged with an additional charge for each stop.

Q) How will my Credit Card be charged?
A) Credit card number taken at time of reserving is for authorization purposes only. Please present your credit card to the driver upon pick up or drop off and it will be swiped in vehicle. The driver will then provide you a receipt for signature upon request. You can add a tip for the driver prior to swiping if you wish.

Q) Why do you need my credit card for booking if I want to pay cash?
A) We ask for credit card information for ALL pick ups outside our area this includes aiport pickups.  Your credit card taken at reservation is for authorization only.  Once you pay cash your credit card will not be charge.   If you book a reservation and do not inform us that you change your flight or departure date with at least 3hours prior to your schedule booking then your credit card will be charge if the driver has been dispatched.
